I have no witty title for this post. It’s pretty self explanatory. Tracking your meals really does work!
(That would be a Dude inspired dinner of grilled bread/eggplant with tomato, basil and mozz; roasted rosemary potatoes and green beans and almonds roasted with pepper and lemon. Yep!)

My newest obsession thanks to my friend Sarah: mint infused water! This is plain seltzer, ice cubes and fresh mint. I think this might be attached to my hand for the entire summer.
Currently eating a giant bowl of paella from Red Stripe in PVD, leftover from last night’s celebratory dinner. Dude’s mom, L, graduated from a certificate program in Children’s Book Illustration at RISD! She is amazingly creative, smart, talented and I am super lucky to have her as my future Mom-in-law!
