It’s not just a clever blog name. I aim to chronicle my feats to remind myself of what I can accomplish and motivate myself to achieve more.
Feats
2011:
10. Get a rescue dog with the Dude. Sadie!
9. Celebrate my 28th birthday. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, but post cancer, every birthday is way more exciting.
8. Complete a 30 day yoga challenge.
7. Apply and be accepted into graduate school. I’m in!
6. Continue practicing self-care, balance and a healthy routine while in graduate school (through daily exercise, sound nutrition and positive affirmations) – and try the Crazy Sexy Diet cleanse.
5. Practice meditation daily.
4. Return to running through the C25K program.
3. Be surgery free in 2011.
1. Be healthy and happy, with myself, my life and those around me.
2012:
10. Remain cancer free!
9. Transition to a more plant-based diet – being mindful of what I’m eating through food journaling.
8. Return to Kripalu for my 29th birthday.
7. Create a daily yoga home practice.
6. Get to and maintain my happy weight (not so what that is, but I know it includes buff biceps).
5. Go on a fabulous vacation (where, I don’t know!?)
4. Run in two (new to me) 5Ks
3. Continue to have a fabulous relationship with my Dude.
2. Master crow pose!
1. Be happy and healthy – drinking green juice daily!
Beyond:
1. Get engaged and married to my best friend.
2. Take surfing lessons.
3. Visit all yoga studios in Rhode Island.
4. Complete a half marathon.
5. Hike the Grand Canyon.
6. Visit all 50 states.
7. Kiss the Blarney Stone (in Ireland)!
8. Go white water rafting.
9. Re-learn to sew.
10. Learn to play the piano.
11. Learn to sail (check!)
12. Have a few babies.
13. Be as healthy as possible going into and recovering from heart surgery.

Definitely hike the Grand Canyon! It is truly a magical experience!
